How to order?

  1. Navigate to shop and choose your item/s.
  2. Once you have already chosen your item/s, proceed to checkout.
  3. Review your purchases.
  4. Choose your payment method.
  5. Input your shipping details.

Do you have COD?

Yes, we have Cash On Delivery.

Do I accept any terms and conditions upon purchasing?

Yes, by paying, you automatically agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. Terms and conditions can be found here.

Do you have same-day delivery?

Yes, we support same-day delivery through Lalamove or Grab within NCR only. Orders paid on the same day before 2pm is qualified for the same-day delivery. Orders paid after 2pm however will be dispatched the next day. For booking info and processing, contact us through @shopelfelipe on Instagram

Please note that the delivery expense will be shouldered by the customer.

How do you process same-day delivery?

  • We only cater same-day delivery within NCR.
  • Orders paid on the same day before 2pm is qualified for the same-day delivery.
  • Orders paid after 2pm however will be dispatched the next day.
  • We used Lalamove/ Grab Express.
  • The origin is from SM Valenzuela
  • Please note that the delivery expense will be shouldered by the customer.

How much is the shipping fee?

Metro Manila - PHP 90

Visayas, Mindanao and other parts of Luzon - PHP 170

How long will it take for me to receive my items?

Metro Manila:

Items will be received within 1-2 working days.

 

Visayas:

Items will be received within 2-4 working days.

 

Mindanao:

Items will be received within 3-5 working days.

 

Other parts of Luzon:

Items will be received within 1-3 working days.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by visitng www.jtexpress.ph.

Where do you ship?

We are Philippine-based and we ship to all locations within the Philippines.

When do you dispatch the items?

We dispatch items before 12pm every day except Sundays and holidays. Upon receiving your proof of payment, we then dispatch your orders right away if you haven't reached the cut-off time. Once proof of payment is received after the cut-off time, your items will be dispatched the following day.

What courier do you use?

We work with J&T Express for the delivery of our items.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally but depending on the location. This is subject for approval. To know more about this, please contact us here.

Exchange

What item/s can I exchange?

Only item/s bought online via website or Instagram are only allowed for exchange. Item/s bought at the bazaar can't be exchanged. Item/s eligible for exchange include wrong size and damaged item/s. Exchange of item/s is upon approval.

 

Due to COVID-19, all orders made since June 1 are not eligible for return or exchange. This is to protect our team and our customers.

How many days do I have to exchange my item/s?

Exchange item/s can be made within 3 working days upon receiving your order (except Sundays and Holidays).

How do I exchange my item/s?

You may contact us through here for item/s exchange.

 

Upon receiving an e-mal, please reply to us with the following information:

  1. Copy of the delivery receipt
  2. Proof of Payment
  3. Name, contact number and Order ID.
  4. Photo of the wrong-sized or damaged item/s

Do you cover the expenses that may arise for exchanging my item/s?

We cover expenses that may arise for exchanging damaged item/s only.
