EXCHANGE POLICY
By paying, you automatically agree to be bound by our Exchange Policy and Terms and Conditions. Exchange Policy can be found here:
Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days from the day the order is received. Item can only be exchanged once. To be eligible for an exchange, item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that the order is received from its original packaging. All expenses that may arise in exchanging and item will be shouldered by the customer. No email response from the customer 7 days after receiving the order will mean that the customer agrees not to return an item anymore.
El Felipe reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due but not limited to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing tags
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
