Cash on Delivery

To protect our security, for Cash on Delivery, unclaimed parcels will result in the permanent banning of the customer from placing future orders in any of our stores and will be tagged as fraud. This includes all orders associated with the same or similar name, contact number, email, and/or delivery address detected by our system. The same account will be banned across all of our social media accounts.

 

Fees

Metro Manila: PHP90

Other Parts of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao: PHP170

 

Prepaid Orders (PayPal, Paymongo, Bank Deposit)

For prepaid orders via PayPal, Paymongo or Bank Deposits, unclaimed parcel that returns to our hub will only be redelivered once redelivery fee is settled. 2 x delivery fee from previous transaction amounting to current set fees needs to be settled. Sample computation is:

Order amount: PHP760 (670 + 90 delivery fee)

Redeliver fee: PHP180 (2 x 90 delivery fee)

Fee is settled through bank deposit. If the customer decides to refund the payment due to unsuccessful delivery, a total transaction fee of 5% of the total order plus 2 x delivery fee is deducted from the refund amount. Sample computation is:

Order amount: PHP760 (670 + 90 delivery fee)

Refund amount: PHP542 (38 transaction fee + 180 delivery fee)
