Cash on Delivery
To help protect our business from fraudulent or repeatedly unclaimed orders, customers who fail to receive or claim a Cash on Delivery parcel may be permanently restricted from placing future orders through any of our stores.
This restriction may also apply to orders associated with the same or similar customer name, contact number, email address, delivery address, or other information identified by our system. Related accounts may also be restricted across our social media and online sales channels.
Fees
Metro Manila: PHP 90
Other Parts of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao: PHP 170
Prepaid Orders (PayPal, PayMongo, Bank Deposit)
For prepaid orders made through PayPal, PayMongo, or bank deposit, parcels returned to our hub due to an unsuccessful delivery may be redelivered once the applicable redelivery fee has been settled.
The redelivery fee is equivalent to two times the original delivery fee. A sample computation is provided below:
Order Amount: PHP 760 (PHP 670 item price + PHP 90 delivery fee)
Redelivery Fee: PHP 180 (2 × PHP 90 delivery fee)
The redelivery fee must be settled through bank deposit before the parcel can be dispatched again.
Should the customer request a refund following an unsuccessful delivery, a transaction fee equivalent to 5% of the total order amount, together with two times the original delivery fee, will be deducted from the refund.
A sample computation is provided below:
Order Amount: PHP 760 (PHP 670 item price + PHP 90 delivery fee)
Deductions: PHP 218 (PHP 38 transaction fee + PHP 180 delivery fee)
Refund Amount: PHP 542
