Ordering

How to order?

1) Navigate to shop and choose your item/s.
2) Click ADD TO CART then choose a size (for applicable items)
3) Go to your cart that can be found on the top right of your screen then check the details.
4) Accept the Terms & Conditions.
5) Proceed to Checkout.
6) Input your shipping details.
7) Choose your payment method.

*Once done, you will automatically receive an email with the order confirmation on the email you provided upon checkout.

Do you accept COD?

Yes, we accept Cash On Delivery. Cash On Delivery is available nationwide within the Philippines

Do I accept any terms and conditions upon purchasing?

Yes, by making a payment, you automatically agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. The terms and conditions can be found at the bottom of every page.

How will I know if my order pushed through?

You will receive an email with the tracking link for your order once you successfully check out from our store.
If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder first. If nothing appears, please contact us through our email at hello@elfelipe.com or through Facebook and Instagram (@shopelfelipe).

Shipping

Do you have same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery through Mr. Speedy, Lalamove, Angkas, or Grab within NCR only. Orders paid on the same day before 2 pm are eligible for same-day delivery. However, orders paid after 2 pm will be dispatched the next day. For booking information and processing, please contact us via @shopelfelipe on Facebook or Instagram. You can also send us an email for same-day delivery at hello@elfelipe.com. Please note that the delivery expenses will be shouldered by the customer.

How do you process same-day delivery?

- We only offer same-day delivery within NCR. Deliverable zone depends on the booking app.
- Please message us first before placing an order so we can assist.
- COD is not applicable for same-day delivery.
- Payment for same-day delivery is strictly via BDO or BPI only.
- Orders paid via other payment methods are not applicable for same-day delivery. - Orders paid on the same day before 2 pm are eligible for same-day delivery.
- However, orders paid after 2 pm will be dispatched the next day.
- We provide delivery options via Lalamove, Grab Express, Angkas, Joy Ride or Mr. Speedy.
- The estimated point of origin for the item is from SM Valenzuela.
- Please be aware that the delivery expense will be shouldered by the customer.

How much is the shipping fee?

PHP 90 - Metro Manila
PHP 170 - Visayas, Mindanao and other parts of Luzon

Same-day Delivery - Depends on the location. Same-day delivery cost is shouldered by the customer.

How long will it take for me to receive my items?

Metro Manila:
Items will be received within 2-3 business days.

Visayas:
Items will be received within 5-7 business days.

Mindanao:
Items will be received within 5-7 business days.

Other parts of Luzon:
Items will be received within 3-5 business days.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting www.jtexpress.ph. Once order has already been dispatched, an email with the tracking link of your order will be sent to the email address you provided when you checkedout. If the email doesn't appear, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also message us on Facebook or Instagram for assistance in tracking your parcel.

Where do you ship?

We are Manila-based and we ship to all locations within the Philippines.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally, but it depends on the location. This is subject to approval. To learn more about international shipping, please contact us at hello@elfelipe.com or through our Facebook and Instagram pages (@shopelfelipe).

What courier do you use?

We work with a third-party courier, J&T, for all our deliveries nationwide.

For same-day delivery within NCR, customers can choose between Mr. Speedy, Lalamove, Grab Express or Angkas.

Exchange

What item/s can I exchange?

Only item/s bought online via website are allowed for exchange. Item/s bought at the bazaar can't be exchanged. Item/s eligible for exchange include wrong size and damaged item/s. Exchange of item/s is upon approval. No email reply for the exchange 7 days after receiving the order will mean that the customer agrees not to replace the item anymore.

How many days do I have to exchange my item/s?

Exchange item/s can be made within 7 days upon receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in its original packaging. Washed or worn items are not eligible for exchange. Returns are only accepted within 7 days from the day you received your order. The shipping fee must be settled first before we can ship the item back to you. If we do not receive an email response from the customer within 7 days after receiving the order, it will be assumed that the customer agrees not to exchange the items anymore.

How do I exchange my item/s?

Please include the following information:
1) Proof of Payment
2) Name, contact number and Order ID.
3) Photo of the wrong-sized or damaged item/s

Do you cover the expenses that may arise for exchanging my item/s?

We cover expenses that may arise for exchanging damaged item/s only. Shipping fee that may arise due to wrong sizes is covered by the customer. Shipping fee must be settled first before we can ship back the item to you.

Where can I find the size guide?

Size guide can be found under the ADD TO CART button in every product page. You can also visit our SIZE GUIDE tab on the bottom of every page.

Do you restock sold out items?

Yes, we usually restock our sold out items especially for basics but depending on the design. Designed items such as printed polos may not be restocked anymore.

How do I know if my payment pushed through?

For bank payment:
Make sure you input the right bank details and took a screenshot of it.
Send the proof of payment together with your order number and name at hello@elfelipe.com and someone will get in touch with you.


For PayPal, you will receive a payment confirmation from them. You can also check your PayPal app for the transaction confirmation.
